Easy way to work out how much SP required to complete a skill?

Is there a formula ? I have looked on eve mon and I couldn't find anything in there. Say if I wanted to work out how many skill poinyts it would take to say take a level 10 skill from 0 to 5 whats the formula ? thx.

Rank 1 skill takes 256,000 skillpoints to get from 0 to lvl 5, and you add another 256,000 skillpoints for each rank above that.
Example:
Rank 1 Skill = 256,000 SP's
Rank 2 Skill = 512,000 SP's
Rank 3 Skill = 768,000 SP's
etc
etc.

You may want to grab EVEMon as well. (It's listed on the tech forum.) You can drop a skill into the planner and it will tell you exactly how many points you need for each level, how many points per hour you're going to be earning based on your stats, and how much time it will take to earn.

Skill points per level
Level 1 = 250 * rank
Level 2 = 1415 * rank
Level 3 = 8000 * rank
Level 4 = 45255 * rank
Level 5 = 256000 * rank
