Frig size : Bombers, Manti or Hound in particular.
They are the Ak-47 of eve, the weapon you use when you're outgunned anyways.

Cruiser / BC size : Falcon
Actually I don't like the way ECM works for the moment but I love the idea of dedicated E-war ships. I hope someday the electronic warfare will be funnier to play and play against.

BS : Maelstrom
A bit pricey for T1 but nothing spells "a bang for your buck" better than the bang of eight 1400mm guns.

Pilgrim - Cloaky explorer which has taken me all over New Eden. Ever since T3s were introduced I've been trying to replace my exploration pilgrim with a Legion or Tengu but I just can't seem to. And now that faction probes got buffed, I have even less reason to go T3.

Anathema - Cutest looking frigate.

Orca - Portable station assigned to alt that can go anywhere. Wet dream for any serious explorer.

Huginn - Who doesnt love webing people ?
Thrasher - most fun for the isk any day

The Kestrel will always have a special place in my heart, I love it (Manticore too).

But really, nothing beats the Moa.

Horribly ugly, crap to fit, but nothing is as much fun as watching someone go into terminal depression once they've been killed by a Moa.

Vagabond is my most successful pew pew ship.

It's a very good balance of speed, tank and deeps.

The speed means you can dictate the terms of the fight and tank and deeps make that actually worthwhile doing.

My favourite is probably the daredevil or the vigilant. The webs make blasters good again.

Imo.. it's not just the brute power and the webs that make all 3 serp ships solid.. it's that they still manage to maintain respectable speed when buffer'd with plates n armor rigs, that sets them apart from other blaster ships.

I have to go with the pilgrim for reasons already mentioned. It's flexible as hell, perfect for both plexing in low and stalking targets in null. You are limited in the fights you can pick, but you do get to pick and your ability to gtfo is fairly good when you target is cap dry and likely sperging into some intel channel(s) for help.

Ferox - Now I know you all call it useless but I think it is quite useful as a missile command ship (Yes hybrids **** off I still don't care about your update) and you can active tank it quite well. HM fit with some siege modules at a cheap price and your fleet is in business. The one problem with the Ferox is that it is quite cumbersome so you will always want to be sniping far away.

Still one last reason is the damn thing is symmetrical unlike a lot of ships in the game. I do shy away from ugly ships. (Griffin is an exception)

hmm.

combat wise it would probably the Drake, it's like the Sherman tank of WOII not the most hightech and dangerous ship, but, cheap and every farmer that can drive a tractor can use it.

Cost efficient though it would be my Crane.

and because I want it to be a Widow

A Drake is more like a T34, rugged durable and all around versatile. The Sherman was a pile of junk. Only when the Brits got a hold of them and started turning a few here and there into Fireflies did they actually gain any respectablilty. Numbers and massive amounts of aircover made the Sherman viable. Even then Panzer III and Panzer IV tanks could match them one on one. The Panther would take down 5 Shermans for every Panther killed, The Tiger would drop 10 Shermans for every Tiger lost.

I'm an Amarr flyer mostly

I'm partial to Navy Slicers, Oracles, Geddons, and, Abby's. Pound for Pound the Geddon is hands down the Best T1 BS in the game.

my favorit is the falcon curse sentinal, bhaal, raiper. i like webs and newts allot

the best ship in my opinion is sadly the cain, i can effectivly armor tank it, or sheild nano fit it, has good dps with 2 utility highs that can run newts for long enough to hurt most peoples cap quite a bit.
