budget 30-35 depending on toon

Looking for as little indy as possible, not bothered about it.

As many races as possible =)

15-20 gunnery
10-15m missle
25+ spaceship command

everything else at a decent level of 4-5++

sub-cap or capital i am open to both, altho mainly subcap.
