This account is so shockingly far from being able to do anything. It cant even use t2 drones, despite 1.8M sp in drones. Nearly 10% of your SP is in shield rigging V, while your navs are shockingly appalling.

Its not able to do anything AND not even close to being able to do anything. I dont see why anyone would even offer the price of the two plexes you need to transfer the character.

I don't see why you care so much?

if you must find a purpose.... ive been usng this character to "Gank" lvl4 epic arcs while my main tanks the Aggro... of which he did so well that ive done all 4 race epic arcs in 2 weeks....

I agree he needs work to be of use elsewhere... but likely not as much as you seem to think.

in other news... its time for you to go troll someone else's sale thread as you shall hear no more from me :)
