Looking for a trusted third party for a series of lotteries

Hi all,
as title says.
I have quite a bit of spare capital and am planning to host a series of lotteries, starting with prizes in the range of 5 to 8 bilion isk. everything is ready to go, I only have one problem. I tried contacting Somer, but apparently she's not accepting any third party jobs relating lotteries at the moment. now I want to do this thing the right way, so I am looking for a good and well trusted third party for the job, willing to do multiple lotteries.
any ideas?

I would tell you to go for me but seeing that I've only been playing the game for about 4 days, I doubt that I'd be trusted :D
