Personal Wallet Divisions

I want to be able to have wallet divisions without being a CEO. I mean really, people in todays world have budgets and separate accounts, but thousands of years in the future with spaceships and spacerich people we can't have separate divisions of our own wallets?

I'd like shared wallets between my toons as well.
