Nebula blindness

A while back 'widescreen' aka letterbox was removed from the game for 'technical reasons'. Since then a lot more 'pretty graphics' have been added to the game making the FiS more interesting to look at, and for the most part I really enjoy the new looks, but the new nebulas are creating a game play issue of being nearly impossible to read through.

The picture above was taken in Domain during a salvage operation, but the visuals are clear as to the problem, you can't read the target information since there is no contrast between the target text and the nebula background. The problem is even worse when you are in some missions and exploration sites which have their own local lighting mechanic.

With all the changes with UI scaling and the new Neocom, could you please find time to add some sort of contrast to target information so it can be read easier? Hitting F10 to fly 'in the map' or panning the camera around to find a dark spot in the nebula should not be the solution to this problem.

Neutron star blue would be more appropriate. Burn that text into your cornea!!!

They just need to allow customization of the target boxes, which I'm pretty sure is something they've talked about in the past. Slap a background on there and problem solved. Plus, maybe while they're at it they can show you capacitor readings and that sort of thing.

I enjoyed the widescreen setting as well. It would be cool if it came back.
