I want to a decent indy toon around 5 to 10 mil SP. Don't care about mining ability or ships. Just need a toon to do basic building and a bit of research with.

Must have list:

Production Effeciency: 5
Adv Mass Production: 3
Research: 5
Metallurgy: 4
Labratory Operation: 5
