To summarize the information that may be otherwise be too long for you to read:

Contract Type: Milestones + Upfront Cost
Pay Per Hour: 50 mil isk to 350 mil isk (250 mil isk average)
Pay Per Project: 5 -> 10 Bil Isk (5 Bil average)
Previous Customer: Rita Jita (5 Bil) - Excel Plugin For Market Analysis and multiple short term projects
Programming Languages/Frameworks: C/C++, C#, Java, .Net Framework 1.1 -> 4.0, Ruby, Perl, PHP, HTML, XHTML 1.0/1.1 Traditional and Strict, ASP .Net, HTML 5, Actionscript (Flash), Python, XML, XSL, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Visual Basic, and so forth. (Feel free to ask.)
Programming Projects: Microsoft Office Suites Integration, Console, Service, Windows Application, Website, Android Phone, Windows 7 Phone, Blackberry Phone, Operating System and other forms of integrations/developments.
Extra Bits: Have an extensive experience with Eve API, Eve Market Data API, Eve Exported Files/Cache, and Eve Central API. Will also release source code (The cost will be 5x the previously agreed budget.) Can also write a comprehensible tutorial to teach you how to use a tool, program, and device.
Restrictions: Will only do projects that are legal and possible to do.
