What's up with petition response times?

Ive had a petition up since Jan 14th with no response from a GM. This seems like a pretty terrible response time.

Oh man, I can't wait that long. I have been checking multiple times a day for less than 2 days and just came here and did a search of response times to see what was normal...

I have a potential ISK duping issue with a couple contracts and it is a drag to not cancel or accept them for so long (I do a lot of contract selling on my alt so I need those slots); maybe I should just cancel them and if they dupe then just leave the cash available for when the GM finally deals with it?

I think Helmar sold all but 1 of their computers to buy a Dust uniform for LARPing.
