this toon i bought NL1GHT3D was sold to me off a stolen account.

please CCP help me out and return my 14bil isk i paid and send the toon back to the original owner

Ive petitioned but no word or actions from CCP

How long do I and the original owner have to be in limbo before i recieve isk back and the toon is sent home ?

cant pay for gametime on account until I know I can use it
