I've been a part of the crew for over 7 months now and I wanted to let everyone know about some "firsts" I've had with the crew.

1. I've made over 2bil ISK and I don't play every night.
2. pvp kills (different toon)
3. Made gas mining fun (is that possible?,,, it is here)
4. Mined for cap construction
5. Learned to be a part of large fleets with complex logistics
6. Wormhole crushing
7. I now understand all parts of WH's, their effects, and easily get in and out....safely

Ultimately this list could go on and on but what I'm trying to say is these guys listen to your questions, answer them to the best of their ability, and understand that you have a real life.

The Recruitment Channel Questions -

Question:
What is the general age of your corp members?

Answer:
It ranges between 25 and 75. I would say most of our members are 30-40. It's a very mature group of people.

The wealth of a corporation is based on its people that choose to be a part of it. Isk is but a digital currency, its nothing compared to the people you choose to spend your time with, the reason you log on each day. Besides, what is isk if you cant spend it with friends and blow **** up!

The Night Crew are looking for good people who want to work together in wormholes for a common goal.

Seriously, getting to play with all these Eve veterans has been the best thing that's ever happened to me, as a new player.

TNC has no drama, no elitism, just people hanging together having fun.

I consider myself fortunate to be in TNC. It's a corp full of some truly great people who all work together. I started off with TNC missioning in Empire, which everyone was fine with. I would run missions with other corp mission runners, and always had a corp support network to help me when I needed it.

Finally I got a chance to go live in one of the wormholes, and man was it a game changer. I'm having so much fun in this corp. Being mostly in industry, our WH system is so rich with natural resources it would make your head spin.

If industry is not your thing, our space needs daily defense, so there is a lot of pvp to be had, as well as running sites and exploration.

If your missing something in Eve but not sure what, you need to contact us! Join pur recruitment channel today!

One of the things I like about the Night Crew is there are no visions of grandeur. We're just a bunch of people that get together to hang out, and just do "stuff" together. No politics, no drama, no bs just a bunch of veterans and relatively new players enjoying themselves.

And being in a wormhole "stuff" tends to change each day!

I could go on and on about all the stuff we do, but it's all been said before... seriously, written in all those posts right above mine. Simply put, its the atmosphere that continues to keep the corp running smooth after all this time. That's why we keep coming back for more.

More sleepers, more opportunities to tackle carriers in unfriendly systems (one freakin second more is all we needed), and more opportunitites to give a certain "you know who" crap about eating chicken fingers.

If you're on the fence, just join our public recruiting channel, never hurts to experience the best corp in game (or the ensuing peanut gallery)... even if from the outside.

Oh and don't be a goober... our fleets just wont run as smoothly if they're filled with gooey, icky goobers. Just be yourself, we're a fantastic fit for all kinds of pilots.

Hands down, the guys I fly with in The Night Crew have kept me engrossed in the game. If it weren't for our close-knit brotherhood atmosphere I'm not sure I'd even be all that attatched to the game. It doesn't matter if you fly with PVP Savants, Industrial Geniuses or PVE Know-It-Alls; if there's a lack of community amongst the people you fly with; you're doomed to eventually have disinterest.

I've played EVE off and on for many years, since 2004. I've always had a hard time really getting into a corp that had a solid community atmosphere, and most of my time was spent just operating in my own corps and bringing in friends and empire-based people just to have banter.

Over a year ago, I signed back up after one of many hiatus, got some friends involved and went at it all again; and then I had this tinge that I wanted to start going into the 'frontier' of wormholes. I'd been in empire, I'd gone out to 0.0 and been in a pirate corp; and ultimately it just wasn't interesting. I needed something that was entirely different from what I had normally been doing in EVE; Wormholes was just what I needed. It's a constant unknown everytime you log in. You could have four wormholes opening up to yours, you could have a small gang of peeping toms sitting in recons just waiting to bring the noise upon your skull. It was the thought of something cruel and dark being upon me without knowing it that made wormhole life all the more interesting.

So I hit the recruitment channel ingame, and started throwing my own advertisement up; looking for recruits looking to dive into wormhole life and all it entails.

What did I get? A chat conversation invite by TNT 1. Intrigued, I jumped in and we had a talk. He gave me a thorough run-down on what The Night Crew and wormholes were all about, and I then spent three months training all the appropriate skills(scanning/astrometrics, shield/missile skills and caldari ships). I also explained to T, that despite having operated my own smaller corps and 'guilds' in other games, I really did'nt want any responsibility or role in The Night Crew. I just wanted the ability to log on, play with a great group of people and do whatever was on the agenda for the evening.

Getting into that first wormhole and making all the jumps to The Night Crew's primary base of operations ignited that spark, it was as if I had just started playing EVE. From there, things just kept getting better. People were held accountable for what they did or did'nt do, drama was next to non-existent, and everything just worked. Everyone was more than willing to share what they knew, in order to make every link in the chain as strong as possible and to solidify the bond between new and old player. I found myself maxing skills and flying ships that I never imagined I'd even want to fly, or even be able to afford.

Over the course of a year we opened and closed many wormholes, by expansion, conquest or defeat; but ultimately we still held firm together. Sure, people have come and gone; but rarely ever on bad terms; and those who have left on bad terms are remembered just as readily as those who've taken their hiatus to Real Life(TM). All of us were done a great service by T, who always did his best to surround us with like-minded players, people willing to learn and to teach. If it weren't for this approach of "Quality above Quantity", the atmosphere and the corporation would'nt be anywhere near as awesome as it is.

So here I sit, over a year from joining The Night Crew, the guy who never wanted any role of importance; sitting in the seat of CEO; and I say again, the community is the only deciding factor of whether you're going to have a good time in EVE. The brotherhood we have amongst us is strong; the members are capable and willing to learn, the Directors are fair and understanding. Top to bottom, thick and thin; if it weren't for the guys I fly with on a nightly basis I'd have shelved EVE yet again and not thought too much about it.

The Night Crew, may the years to come be as good to us as the years that have passed.

Being part of a good corp in Eve can make all the difference in the world. It's a lawless universe out there, can't think of a better group of people watching my back in WH space.

The Night Crew has been around for six years for a reason - it cares about it's members.

I joined The Night Crew about a year ago. I'd been playing eve for a few months, had like 3mil sp, and was dedicated to this game, but could not find anyone who actually knew anything about it, joined a corp, an alliance, and just had a really bad time learning how things work. Sure, i met some good people along the way, but it was still the blind leading the blind.
I took to the forums here and eventually came across a thread very similar to this one, it had like 12 pages of non repetitive endorsements from different Night Crew members, and it came across as exactly the kind of community that i would like to be a part of. A great number of people, who's main concern was not 'What can I do today in EVE?" but "What are WE doing in EVE today?". So I hit that recruitment channel and started talking to a few guys in there, I didn't want to join if I didn't get along with them. Talked, enjoyed the people i was talking too, some of which were other recruits, and overall was very impressed so I applied! TNT Interviewed me, and before you know it, I was declined. Three million skill points does't hold a lot of street cred after all.
Buuuut, that didn't stop me, these are good people, and I knew that, and knowledgeable, I didn't want to hang out in empire and get killed by mechanics that were not explained to me, and they recognized that, and helped me learn, and eventually, I became one of the guys running missions in empire with the night crew. IT WAS AWESOME! I actually learned how to play, how to accomplish things and even though i wasn't making wormhole money, I was practicing for it, scanning in empire, running sites I'd scanned down. Those things are not really that fun without the amazing support network this corporation offers. I don't know everything, but there is always someone to ask.

Informative pilots
Seasoned pilots
Kind pilots

All the ISK i was looking for.

Thank you The Night Crew for a great first year (yeah i took a few months off too stick it to them for incarna)
