EVE General Discussion

I think it would add an entirely new element to the game to have combat allowed inside of stations - within limits of course... There could be one station designated as a combat arena in every region, and people could come and watch one on one (or larger) fights. There could be a betting system in place for the fights and people could take out their aggression against rival Corps etc. It would be a regional attraction for people to come and watch. Who knows, maybe you could pull down huge amounts of ISK with it, and have an entirely new skill tree associated with it...

At its heart, EVE is about combat - so stations should have an element of that. I wouldn't expect anything like this would be implemented for a very long time, but it would be nice to see eventually. I know I wouldn't mind having my ass handed to me if it is all in good fun. (How much would body repairs cost I wonder )

Any ideas? Or am I just an idiot who watches too much UFC?
