Lower Fuel Block consumption by 20% when power and cpu not used

What Liquid Ozone and Heavy Water businessman came up with this plan. Everyone should boycott all Thukker installations!

When Power and CPU are not being used Fuel Block Consumption should drop by 20%
When Power and CPU are being fully utilized Fuel Block Consumption as it is right now.

It's like idling your car when you are sitting at the side of the road waiting for someone for an hour.

or, just ramp up your POS to fill the (previously) un-used CPU/PG.

Guns, more labs, whatever.

You have discovered the giant pos nerf that is called crucible.

Before you could run a small pos and a couple of labs for almost nothing.

Now a POS runs at full blast all the time consuming max fuel at all times so no more hobby lab pos'.

Add in Goonswarm thuggery that happens with CCP's blessing and you have a GIANT POS NERF.

What this does is make a small pos good for nothing besides a temporary shield refuge in low sec. Something you use unitl you feel the heat and then take it away and hide it.

I guess you could mine some mostly worthless moon materials but, why do that?

The fuel block Nerf makes CRUCIBLE a fail, but it is exactly what CCP wants. Just one more attempt to make you BUY PLEX.
