just off the top of my head... I guess:

Longer Range cyno's for small gangs of bombers/cov ops
Less effect on wormhole mass limits
BIGGER TANK!

Edit: Making them a wormhole orientated ship is what I always imagined black-ops should be after WH were released.

A - One that is not part of an alliance

B- Practices NRDS (no pirates)

C- Doesn't manipulate CCP for his own cause

D- had experience in all game careers / mods

E- Has his own blog and interact daily with community

A&D are mutually exclusive.
B is a logical fallacy, as one can be NRDS and a pirate, or someone can be NBSI and not a pirate.
C is incredibly hard to prove.
E makes sense, but already occurs with several CSM.

I'd agree with this, unless the originally quoted poster feels that any CSM should resign from their position in any alliance they might be in. Which is naive to think that would sever any personal connections, and illogical, as experiencing anything aside from solo industry, solo missioning, and maybe solo PvP in low sec, most EVE 'careers' require other players.

This points out the fallacy of conflating anything beyond what 'Not Red Don't Shoot' and 'Not Blue Shoot It' say to those policies. They're simply just different methods of being able to identify friendlies when holding space where anyone can shoot anyone else.

I also thought of another amusing bit about this point: Piracy is a valid profession in EVE, and part of the draw of the game. This conflicts with your point D, in that a CSM candidate should be well rounded in their experiences. Furthermore, I feel the CSM as a whole benefits from players with a range of expertise, but I'm not sure that requiring each individual candidate have mastery over all of EVE is realistic.

C is something CCP monitors themselves. CSM have been banned for manipulating information given under NDA, and the original CSM came out of CCP's attempt to save face over the T20 scandal by having some sort of player accountability. I feel it integrity is a valid quality in the CSM, but other than CCP's own enforcement of their policies, there's not a ton to say, or predict.

I'll agree with this. Involvement with the EVE community is important. I don't necessarily feel blogging is necessarily the best or only format, but it's a good example.
