I can not pay with IDEAL

In the screenshot below you can see that the option IDEAL is missing .
My corpmates do have the option on the same webside but i dont have it ! What do i do wrong ?

Please advice . I have send also a petition just to be sure Big smile

My screen looks exactly the same as yours. >_> I don't have whatever this IDEAL thing is either, and I'm in the US... so, if you are in the US, maybe we don't get that?

Then obvioulsy the service is available in his region and not in yours. Do open a petition for clarification

I use a UK version of windows 7 maiby thats the problem ?

If the system thinks you aren't in the Netherlands, you won't see the option.

Check if your account details don't say Netherlands, if they do, pettion it under billing.
