Structures for planetary management

Anyone who has ever used the planetary management feature of EVE has always run into a spot where they're just a little bit short on power or CPU. My suggestion is the addition of a few new buildings for planetary management.

Suggestion #1:
A power plant type structure

Purpose & reason:
Provide power for your colony. The only way to improve your power output is to upgrade your Command Center, which can be a bit tedious due to the fact that you need skill training as well.

Side notes:
To prevent people from spamming these structures and colonizing the entire surface of a planet, putting a limit on how many of these structures one may have on a planet. Another possibility is to incrementally increase the cost of building a power plant, ex. first power plant costs 400,000 ISK, the second power plant costs 800,000 ISK, and so on.

Suggestion #2:
A CPU providing structure

Purpose & reason:
Provide CPU for your colony. Same reasons as above

Side notes:
Same as above

I am open for constructive criticism. Apologize in advance if this has already been suggested.

Perhaps make it a trade off instead? More power in exchange for cpu or vice-versa.

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Sometimes when I post, I look at my sig and wish that I'd follow my own god damned advice.

Train Command Centre Upgrades. This isn't like fitting a ship, where you can throw in a RCU II (burning a low slot) in order to fit bigger guns, at the expense of some tank or DPS mods.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia
