lock or unlock chat option

how about a new option added to chat window click lock and you can set your top chat windows that are stacked and if unlocked andy stacked window that gets new message and blinks will auto populate on top it kind of acts like a message orginizer last first then oldest on bottom.

but it be nice if chat can time stamp too...

if time stamps are already available how do i apply them i cant figgure it out after 6 years of play yet...
