What do we have to do to get a petition taken care of?

Tomorrow (25th) it's gonna be a week after i submitted one and still no response...

Is this normal?

3 weeks? wow... i hope i don't get to that... it's just because i'm stuck due to a clone jump bug which destroyed my clones...


... and no, i did have everything ok. no jumping from a station with a clone there and nothing similar...

do the GM\whoever actualy get to read this? :/

I would suggest that whoever has non-answered petitions should post here. It , worked for me and i surely hope it works for you guys. Opening new petitions might also help as they might be distributed to a more diligent GM.
In my case a senior GM attended my petition... so me thinks it's worth the try.
