Signatures stay in probe scanner on one account, but not on another

I manually rolled the C2 static of this system, and the fully scanned sig stayed in probe scanner on one account, while it disappeared from probe scanner on the other account. Probably something to do with the new remembering-results-between-session-changes feature. This is a problem as it is often fairly important for me to see exactly when sigs expire.

Expired sig only disappeared after I launched probes and finished another scan.

PART 2:

This happened again, and I have some clarifications to make.

In the above screenshots I scanned with one account (Vox), but the sig of the wormhole I rolled became fully scanned on the second (Zamiel) and did not go away. Scanning on Zamiel updated the probe scanner. Vox's (the account that scanned the sig down) probe scanner displayed correctly.

The following time I scanned with Zamiel, the ghost sig appeared on Vox.
