Biggest ISK sink /eve is dying/

checked June report about sinks and faucets

60% of faucet is "rattlers bounties"

50% sink is "Money confiscations done by GM"

nice. rename this game to "Kommunism and Stalin".

Maybe, just maybe, the ISK bounty disaster, which CCP created the conditions for, and the null sec cartels immediately capitalized on (no pun intended), has to be fixed.

Maybe, just maybe, the OP should look at past MER's to get a grasp of screwed the ISK generation is in the game.

What am I saying?
CCP does not even look at that info, why should I think that a mouthpiece for a group that has monetized the game to the n'th degree will look at those stats.

except the active isk delta is the effect of ANY account returning or leaving the game, not just banns and confiscations.

do they have anyway to track that by ship type and find out what percentage of it is normal solo players ratting in a cruiser-bs and which ones are afk rorquals and carriers generating 100m ticks with 0 effort on every afk account.

AFK rorqs are definitely a thing, but you obviously haven't flown a carrier lately if you think they can AFK rat.

If you want to break AFK ratters, deal with the VNIs. Slap a 100mn AB on them, orbit, and check every 2-3 minutes to see if you're just kiting yellowboxed rats around. If an NPC cap blows up your ship, big deal - you pay for a VNI in an hour, two if you have **** skills.

More important than AFK rorqs though are the rorq armies that people are building. They're very much an N+1 kind of ship... the only thing better than having some number of rorqs is having more of them. They need to get nerfed in such a way that having a bunch of them in a belt is counterproductive in some way.
