Can a Tengu run C3 sleeper DATA/RELIC sites?

I've been searching over forums for hours, and i only saw people talking about WH COMBAT sites(Including the sticky at the top, yes). What im curious about - can a Tengu reliably run C1-C3 sleeper DATA/RELIC sites? I dont care about Anomaly/Combat sites, im just curious about stepping up my exploration game in a T3. So i wouldnt have to groan in annoyance every time i scan down a Relic/Data site, only to find out its a non-pirate sleeper site, having to abandon it. I want to actually have a shot running them.

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!

A cloaky tengu cannot run a C3 relic/data site with anything remotely resembling efficiency, if at all.
You can run them in a tengu fit out to just run sites though, but it's not really recommended tbh. The harder sites have ~1400dps and -36 neuts which, while possible, is pushing it for a Tengu to handle, certainly if youre on any kind of budget.

(C1-2s are pretty easy)
