Maila and Basgerin Industrial Park
The NETC Industrial Park offers independent industrialists the ability to be competitive manufacturers without the need to invest their capital into expensive infrastructure. The NETC Industrial Park is open to all, with a very low tax rate (2% compared to the 10% of NPC stations) making the NETC Industrial Park a very affordable solution. The NETC Industrial Park is situated in Maila and Basgerin. This gives the park the unique Low Security rig bonus, making our structures more efficient than their High Security counterparts.

When using the NETC network for travel, use this authoritative map and the table with exact names of the citadels, so you don't end up landing on the fake NETC facilites.

Its much safer to jump on the keepstar and do business around, then to go Jita, nowadays with cloaky bumpers. Sure index will grow, such is the mechanic, until it balance with the percentage saved. We think there will be customers, and its desirable that they are lowsec capable. Time will tell.

Note that if you don't like it, nobody is forcing you to use it.
