Rorqual and Stop the Cycle!

Wanted too know if this has been talk about or not. Has anyone talk about allowing rorqual stop it's cycle with a cool down of 30 sec's? So a fast ship comes and caught's you why your cycle is going. You make the decision to stop this cycle which is fine. But you still have to wait 30 sec's to be free up. Bubbles should only effect your ship by not being able to warp away and not effect the jump functions. If you want to hold them down then you must point the target period.

The whole point of a siege cycle is that you're stuck for the full duration. If CCP wanted you to be able to stop the cycle in 30 seconds they would give the siege module a 30 second cycle time or something similar, rather than 5 minutes.

If you want to siege, be ready to siege.

Being ready to siege means having friends to save your rorq if neuts are coming down the pipe. Rorqs have been an excellent source of content lately, far better than carriers and supers which just rat aligned and warp off the moment a neut comes within 2 jumps of them.

I say make the NSA a siege module of sorts. Lock carriers and supers in place for 5 minutes.

He's not completely wrong tho. There aren't that many ships in the game with the power to do their job at a decent level while being aligned.
