300bil+, over-collateralized loan, 2.5% interest, 3 months duration

Title pretty much says it all.

I'm looking to take out a large loan, over-collateralized, in chunks of 50bil. 300bil is my initial target, though I may push that as high as 500bil.

Interest is 2.5%. Forecasted duration is 3 months, though I may ask to extend the loan at that time if there's still profit to be had.

RAW23 has agreed to 3rd party.


First come, first serve, though I will not be able to actually fill any loans for 24 hours. I'm heading off for work in an hour and I've got a really busy schedule.

about which % of overcollateralization are we speaking? or differently asked, at how much has raw23 evaluated the collateral when you may go up to 500b?

i will fill 200b of that pending raw´s confirmation as 3rd party and the evaluation.

Just to clarify, RAW23 has agreed to 3rd party and that is all. He has not yet seen the collateral.

I am planning on just doing 3% over. So 51.5bil for every 50bil chunk.

Confirming that I'll be holding the collateral.

Default Rules:
If an agreed payment date is missed (for either interest or final repayment) I'll send the borrower a mail after a week as a reminder. If I hear nothing from him I will send another reminder five days later. If I still don't hear anything after three more days I will send a mail giving him 24 hours notice that I intend to start liquidating the collateral unless action is taken. Beyond that I will liquidate by handing the collateral out to the investors.

Individual investors are obviously free to renegotiate terms with the borrower if both parties agree. Just keep me informed.

Don't worry megacorpse. You know how I said that I'm about to go to work, and then going back to work once I woke up? Well I just got drunk and picked up a co-worker's shift. So. I'll start getting some collateral packaged for RAW before Monday. But the question of when exactly, that's up in the air.

Hehe i don't worry probag but this way i can make myself a nice weekend and don't have to try to get a computer with eve installed (or even look at the smartphone for forumstuff). Just thought i might not have to login for some days more so this way i can relax more with one thing less to think about.

I didn't realise we were staggering the swap but I've now received 100bil of collateral and sent out 100bil of Megacorpse's isk.

P It's all straightforward. Just a minor misunderstanding about the meaning of 'batches' on my part.

2nd, I made the classic mistake, where I knew exactly what I meant by "50bil batches", but I didn't think to bother to explain it.

What I meant is that I don't have all the collateral on hand right now, and I'm getting it as fast as I can (though barely logging in over the course of 5 days is slowing that down), so I'm sending over collateral 50bil at a time.


That said, I've contracted RAW23 another 100bil and PM'd him, so that's all of megacorpse's investment. flakeys is up! I'll have another 50bil done in 10 minutes, before I leave for work, and I should have another 50 or 100bil ready whenever I get off work, which will be... Tuesday? Wednesday? Nobody knows :/.

No rush mate ... no rush at all.I barely log in if at all so for all i care it takes you weeks/months before you need that isk or blow off the whole deal.Raw23 and me go back a bit in eve so we're just poking each other a bit , no worries Lol. Another 150 bil of collateral contracted to me and Megacorpse's last 100bil sent out to probag.

Flakeys, If you send over 50bil I'll accept the last batch that's currently available and will let you know when the rest is ready.
