Your PLEX aren't gone, your EVE client is just not communicating with our billing system, so it's not displaying a value Smile

just for a headsup .. my account holding the plex ...has them still .. but has logged in short after downtime and since not logged out ... the 4 plex I found today in Rogue Swarm sites .. are not displayed in the plex vault ... I'll wait patiently for them to return

I moved 240 plex into my vault right before it went down and now its all missing. i'm assuming its going to comeback soon enough?

I just logged in and can see my plex again. So seems like things are getting back online.

[EDIT] Can't do anything with it yet, but seems to be coming online.

Doubt this will help but it might,

The 110 plex that I bought were in my vault, but I couldn't sell them. A "Item specified for sell is not valid" message kept coming up.
About an hour after that, they disappeared from the vault entirely. I think that was around the same time y'all posted this thread on the launcher. Now I can see the plex again in my vault but when I try to sell, same message is popping up. " Item specified for sell is not valid"

I bought 240 plex earlier in a station and I remote transferred them to my plex vault using move to plex vault option. right after I did that and the plex disappeared from my assets the plex vault system just went down completely, now its back up but I can't find the plex anywhere, not my hanger, plex vault, and even the corp assets

should I submit a ticket for this?

All my PLEXes just disappeared from my VAULT.

UPD: My bad..they somehow ended up int my hangar

To echo CCP Explorer's comments, anyone who's missing PLEX should contact customer support via billing support ticket.

There's also a notification in the launcher for those who're logging in after the issues:

Hey Falcon and Explorer - how about we FINALLY get a HISTORY for Plex Vault to SEE what is happening in there ... its really annoying if you use one account to manage your plex and thus have many transactions ... or do I really need to run Excel and make a growing table to keep track of what happens in the plex vault ???
