Poor Customer service and Steam integration.

As a heads up you are apparently supposed to be psychic and not listen to CCP's directions when you attempt to sub. Also when you fail to get what you paid for when you listen to their instructions they are unwilling to fix the situation.

When logged in as X i clicked on my profile and then clicked "upgrade to omega" which brought me to an external "you must log into steam to purchase a sub" link. I logged in, through the popup website and paid. The sub was then placed on an alt account 14804415. WHY WAS THIS DONE? WHY WAS I INSTRUCTED TO PAY THERE AND NOT GIVEN THE OPTION TO PLACE THE SUBSCRIPTION ON MY ACCOUNT!?

FIX THIS *snip*. I WANT THE FULL SUB ON MY MAIN ACCOUNT (X). Now I have to wait to actually play the game. Absolutely Ridiculous.

EDIT: INSERT CCP GM INFORMING ME THAT DUE TO FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS MY PAYMENT IS NOW FORFEIT AND LOST. ALSO IF I WISH TO PLAY MY MAIN ACCOUNT I CAN FOLLOW THIS HELPFULLY PROVIDED SECONDARY SET OF INSTRUCTIONS AND PROVIDE THEM WITH EVEN MORE MONEY.

Give me a month on my main account or you have lost a customer permanently. Feel free to perma ban the alpha account that recieved the initial month payment time. I am unwilling to accept that you can do nothing when you *snip*DIRECTED ME TO PAY THROUGH STEAM! FIX THIS *snip* don't give me some weak canned response.

That aside, be carefull. I gave a friend a plex and he activated a second training queue. Is that a bug? No. Do he needs refund? Maybe, but I would be much happier if he learned to read things before clicking I AGREE. Then say "Oh, I tought I was agreeing on something totally different. I will now proove criminal intent from CCP and sue them". Ok, good luck, you'll need it because there are zero legal grounds you can base your claim on besides implying you cannot be held accountable for financial transactions.
Make sure you DO NOT login the account which has the omega status, because if you do you have not only accepted the goods but used them. If they see you added a skill to the queue, well, then it's an even bigger mess. Just save up and NEVER EVER click on financial transactions without reading.

I haven't added anything to a skill queue, i had to log onto the alpha to figure out what happened to my money though.

Following ccp's explicit instructions, and them accepting payment for the account to be turned into an omega is absolutely fraud. There are no caveats or additional warnings posted. IT's simply

1. click upgrade.
2. be directed to login and pay in the popup window they provide.

There is NOTHING to indicate you should do anything else.

So yeah.... absolutely shameful customer service and steam integration.

I would like a reply from CCP. When a customer follows your directions to the letter, and provides requisite payment for your goods, why aren't they compensated when those goods aren't provided? Why is your inadequacy the customers fault? And then upon request for compensation is the customer told too bad so sad, then provided with the "option" to follow alternative payment options which will essentially cause the customer to pay double for a service that you should have provided without any additional payment?
