Brain sucking Sansha zombies

Suppose you have 2 chars on the same account, A and B. They are both docked in the same Sansha station.
Now if A has +10 standing w/ Sansha, you get a special button which says "SUCK BWAINZZZZZZZZZZZ". You click it and then a random skill from the brain donor B gets transferred to A with 50% SP loss. The transfer occurs at the same speed as B would've trained it.
Once you undock or lose standings w/ Sansha the transfer stops. It also stops if B doesn't have higher lvl skills than A.

Oh and if you've ran more than 1 incursion site in any constellation you cannot SUCK BWAINZZZZZZ for a whole month. MWHAHAHAHAHAA incubears
