I need a regular source of large quantity of minerals and PI materials. Is there a channel for this stuff like buying in bulk from contracts or any Null sec alliances that would like somewhere to dump there stuff quickly when they bring it to HS?

Place buy orders in trade hubs. Don't expect many bargains.

In nullsec, corporations have a substantial ongoing requirement for fuel and stockpiling for refineries has or will soon begin. While details remain sparse, it currently looks like every moon mining POS in New Eden will need to be replaced with a refinery and it will need to happen fast!
