So with the recent to come nerfs to carrier and super ratting via drones by 20-30%. Would dreads now become an option?
If so what dread, and what fittings? Could someone post ship and fittings here please?

Probably less risk and trouble to use a maurader at that point. If someone cared to do the math on dps and clear times compared to siege and bastion cycles.

yes sell your carriers and buy dreads for sieging up while ratting, what could possibly go wrong

having tracking dreads sieged in sites sounds like a great content option. I'm not sure how fast a dread can complete sites though, if they need only a portion of a siege cycle they are sitting there doing nothing for a long time and that is a huge disincentive to dread ratting. perhaps make a meta siege mod that has weaker bonuses but shorter duration? I have no idea how that would impact capital balance though.

however it seems CCP greatly backed off on the carrier nerfs so I doubt we will see that anytime soon.

Not likely. Considering most folks use two carriers, dread or super to kill them. Hell, dreads not in siege can't break the tank of the npc dread. Not that un-sieged dreads hit all that hard.
