Looking to buy a PVP focused toon.

No caldari, shield, or missile/rocket skilled toons please. Simply not interested.

Looking for Skills from Frig up to Cruiser crap Dessi skills are fine.

Bare minimum lvl 4s in core skills
Bare Minimum lvl 4s in Auto/Arty
or lvl 3-4 in Blasters.
Bare Minimum 3-4 in Shield resist skills.

Sec status not a concern.

Willing to make exceptions to the above in the likelyhood skills are more focused in certain areas.

Prefer the char is focused in Mini hulls > Gallente > Amarr.

Willing to spend on chars upwards of 20-30mil SP.
