Skill Training Queue Stops For No Reason!

Today my skill training queue stopped for no apparent reason 3 times (2x on alt, 1x on this char)! I was logged in the whole time, but the character sheet was never open when it stopped, so i didnt stop it myself by accident. I only noticed it because the character sheet icon was flashing (like when you change skill queue).

Fix this ASAP please, i dont want to waste training time while logged off.

EDIT: The queue on my second alt just stopped, while i was AFK in a NPC station ... CCP stahp. I pay money for Omega skill training.

Same issue on 4 accounts for me. I have submitted tickets and would encourage others to do the same.

This happened on two of my accounts. Those accounts came up for auto-pay today. I suspect this is a side effect to the "ghost" training resolution recently. Could CCP bill out a couple of hours earlier on auto-pay or at least wait till downtime to kill training? I don't know. Still, I would like the lost SP on those two recurring accounts, please and thank you.

Update: Nope. All of my accounts stopped training, the two I had originally mentioned stopped training a second time. There's something more to this.

Yep happened to me too on 1 alt, no Idea since when it stopped... @CCP give free injectors!

The same thing appears to have happened to me on 5 accounts. I'm at work and I can't restart them for a long time =/. It's going to be a blast submitting 5 tickets... so close to h.drones V.

Mine just stopped according to my ccp eve app.
After my last skill completed it went for about 5 minutes then my subsequent queue paused and now it says I have no skills in queue.

Also had this happen right in the middle of changing one of my orders by .01 isk.

3/5 accounts paused training some time in the last 24 hours

Edit: 4/5 and this account hasn't even been up for renewal lately

Edit 2: 5/5 accounts.

All Omega in good standing.

I just happened to be checking eve online news 24 website and saw this:

I immediately logged into the game and found my queue had paused.
This was an hour ago.

Also, if you are using multiple training certs it paused all of the characters on the account not just the main. You will have to log on each one to restart it. Very annoying.

Thank you very much for the response, its very much appreciated. Just to clarify - if you guys look into a reimbursement and approve it, would it be done automatically or users would have to send a support ticket and request a reimbursement?

Will reinbursement take MCT into account? I cant even log in for a couple of days and accountS all paused.
