My brother said he might be starting soon so I wanted to see if I could get a half decent starter toon to help him out.

My budget is around 6b.

My hope is decent skills for a cruiser. Looking for t2 guns and decent fitting skills. Race not too important though he likes lasers.

Don't know how much CB trading you do.

But a 6B budget will net like 7M-9M sp character at current prices, just an fyi.

7-9m sp is enough for t2 guns on a cruiser adn decent fitting skills so thats roughly okay.

take a look at http://eveboard.com/pilot/Alekeeri_Bedala - She's got more SP than I think maybe you want? almost 8mil in gunnery but more projectile than lasers.
