Keep getting disconnected and the game is loading twice

hello I am wondering if anybody can help with this. I a

I am playing on a Zoostorm laptop 4 gig ram 64 bit with intel Core i3-4100 and nVidia GeForce GTX 950m.

Ever since the last update I have been having connection problems in that aside from 'Socket Closed' messages I am now getting kicked off very briefly in a weird way. The game stops similar to socket closed, I get the socket closed/disconnect message then the EVE launcher exe page pops up, the game freezes and then restarts (sometimes but not all the time). A black system dialogue box thing flashes up for a millisecond sometimes to. It happens at random but but mainly if I click on an item in the station or on a planet or another player. I have updated both the Intel Wireless and graphics drivers as well as the nVidia drivers. all appear to be working as they should. Any idea gratefully recieved.

Living in Oslo, Norway and experiencing the same thing. 4-6 disconnects and socket closed in less than an hour or two now.
Something to do w the server or the internet connection/line to London?
