Infos about Ghost Training in the EULA / Help Center / Wiki ?

Greetings,

I read people on the forums talking about "ghost training". What is it?

I searched on the official EULA / CCP Help Center / Wiki, but I haven't found anything so far.

It's a bug that allows omega accounts to continue training omega skills, after the subscribtion ended and they became alpha accounts.

...and hence the EULA and other official sources are precisely THE wrong places to seek info about this. :D
