Afaik Concord does not have doomsday weapons.

Unless i am mistaken? CCP doesn't even have caps right?

You might as well call their normal turrets Doomsdays for all the damage they do.

The fact that they hit you with all kinds of EW on top of that is just the exclamation point on the statement.

I saw the words "Drifters v CONCORD". the 1st thing I thought was "that would make an epic court case".

Then i thought it sounded like a Jeopardy question. To which the answer is "what are two things that suck and shouldn't even be in EVE online for 500, Alex".

Lore-wise the Drifters have the upper hand. In-game CONCORD is just ridiculously overpowered and quite literally unkillable.

Someone in the first corp I was in killed a concord battleship at some point I believe not sure the circumstances and it would have been a very long time ago. There was a saved fit from it with the lol item names, etc. in corp fittings.

I'm guessing it was from before they did the megahit thing.

Yes Concord used to be tankable and killable early on in the game and CCP changed that quickly thanx to M0o and there shenanigans.

But as to the OP Concord would win based on what is in game atm. Like Linus Gorp stated lore wise Drifters would win hands down.

Golden age of Eve online, when players were able to hold a Dev's corpes hostage. hahaPirate

I'd like to see the Drifters and Sansha go at it. How about a dual (duel) incursion?

Lore Trivia:

Concord went into nullsec once.

Why and what did they do?

More lore trivia:

Concord once took out a Sansha mothership. When, why, and how?

Has anyone wondered which would win, the CONCORD commander battleship or the Drifters?

I know Concord is essentially the NPC police but I'd like to see them get their butts kicked or kick a couple drifters in the teeth.

CONCORD just keep spawning until the threat is destroyed.

Isn't the lore on CONCORD something that the Capsuleer ships are essentially rigged so they can shut them down?

the typical concord ship in highsec is designed to be unfarmable, they cheat in pretty much every way to ensure you explode.

and yea there is supposedly some mission concord that shows up in pirate missions

I've seen the Concord wrecks on d-scan in HS... but never had a mission that featured them myself. Always been curious about what corp those missions are for.

If the Drifters won, I'm pretty sure they'd be in breach of the ToS.

How does one ban a Drifter?

there is a tutorial mission or an SOE mission in the arc that you can get some useless concord tags from, i tried to point one of them but it despawned....
the concord emblems came from the DED officer wrecks in the mission i think.

Been a very long time since I did them though.
