As title, must be highly specialised though perfection not required. I'd be more interested on something which needs a few months training than a character with double the necessary skillpoints bloating the cost. Think 40-55mill SP range.

Erebus OR Avatar, character does not require both skills.

Wanting to spend 35-40bill, will pay more for exceptional pilots.

maybe to help. good carrier skills can mean not far from titan. (jump skills done etc)

maybe search through bazaar for carrier pilot and spent a bit on injectors :)
