Linking Notes to Bio

As everyone knows there's a 1,000 character limit to the bio. I'm a sub-admin in my corp and I am deeply interested in having as much information in my bio that Newbro's or people knew to the area need to know, but this 1,000 character limit is a severe problem for this. I currently have a list of links that have to go out to Google Docs I share publicly. However, I've again reached my limit, and this is a problem.

However: I notice that the in-game notepad has a character limit of 4,000. What would be particularly helpful would be an ability to link to these notes instead of requiring some external set of hyperlinks. I originally considered an increase from 1,000 to 10,000 characters helpful, but linking to in-game notepad notes seems a good compromise.

Make a channel, put as much as you can in MOTD. Make another channel if the first one fills up.

Add links of the channels to your bio.

I did this once, mailing lists are not as useful for what the OP needs, that is how I tried to use them. Any new subscribers to the mailing list will not receive the mails in the list that were sent before they joined the list. You have to forward old mails to new subscribers.

As I understand it, you can put the info you need in the welcome mail so that everyone who joins gets it
