i do not think they have it for concord, but rather for against players that attempt to use jamming s a defensive tactic

AG uses jammers to shut down a gank ship's attack hopefully enough to reduce DPS. Concord is going to blap the ship anyway, but between that point of attack for aggression flagging and the destruction of the target remains a very narrow window during with sime the S in DPS is crucial. If the damage in what is for the most part a set time is reduced the target might survive.

Given the randomness of ECM there is no way to actuary this.

A net effect that works more globally is that bringing of ECM on the field against ganks gives the gankers cause to fit ECCM which uses up module space that may otherwise have been used for modules to improve DPS. Hence even the presence of ECM is indirectly causing DPS reduction.

Bring back DEEEEP Space!

The jam strength of CONCORD is dictated by the following equation:

C=100%

Hope this helps! o/

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

AG started to use ECM after a couple of months when we started to dunk freighters. We adapted 15min later with ECCM mods, but they are trying that still since.

I think I read somewhere once upon a time that a CONCORD Customs Agent has an infinite jam strength....since games don't work like that....its more likely to be either a really high static number like 500/1000 or percent based such as 200% in any case...you aren't circumventing it. Maybe in the past you may have, I mean after all in the past you could out right destroy CONCORD but with modern crime watch, no chance, you are fighting the Borg on steroids. They will shut you up and sit you down.
