patches more patches fix launcher as well please

Everytime a patch is installed i seem to have trouble logging in eathier the launcher is buggie or its the charecter selecter,

So if CCP can kindly fix the launcher too that be nice

launcher is working fine for most people so it's probably an issue on your end, petition it, you'll get the help you need, starting a thread about it won't.
