I am trying to understand the Recruit a friend rewards system.
In the TaC it says i can gift a plex to be used to omega an alpha and i will get a 30 day game time reward.

But down the page it talks about Recruit account omega fee.
This fee has to be paid before i get my game time.

Its somewhat confusing as its contradictory
So is the only way to receive the reward to pay to upgrade the account?

Also full disclosure, The account in question is an alt

Copied from the TaC

If an invited account is upgraded via PLEX in game or a Donated PLEX, the only reward option for the inviting account is 30 days of game time.

To be eligible for rewards, the new Recruit account needs to be activated and the account Omega fee for the Recruit account received by CCP.

Thanks for any help.

If your RAF subs with a credit card, you will get your choice of reward. ( Plex or game time) If they raise the money and buy a plex or you give them a plex and they use either to sub, you can only get game time as your reward.

Is it legit to invite myself using secondary account then sub and get 2 for a price of one?

also in the account page this phrase

"Earn your choice of 30 days of game time or 1 PLEX every time one of your recruits upgrades to an Omega account. Email invites directly, or share a personal recruitment link in your favorite social media channels."

might suggest i get reward everytime they upgrade account not just for the first time. Doest it work this way? Will I get a reward every month if my friend drop from omega into alpha and sub again?

I know seems fishy. But I figured I rather ask especially when I was advised to do such "trick" than to do it and perhaps be banned later..

It's once per account, but there's no limit on how many accounts in total you can invite.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.
