Getting old accounts back

So with new Eula change its impossible to get accounts back that you cant remember email passwords for Shocked is there anyway CCP would actually help with this? as some i cant remember email passwords for are still chargeing my visa every year Sad

They may, if you file a support ticket they can/will help.

Patience is the only thing you really need.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

Ive gotten old accounts reactivated that I have forgotten details for. CCP is great with this just give them what they need and theyll get you your account back.

And yes that avenue is the support ticket.Big smile

Can't you just log into acct management and change the acct link to a new email address that you do have the password for?

I know when the Alpha/Omega was released, I had many accts buried in emails that didn't exist, didn't have the password for, or I didn't have the acct password or name.

I managed to get them all sorted with only a little help from support tickets. The tools to do stuff are there, you just need to be creative in how you use them to get the info you want and get your accts up and running again.

Account Recovery can only be handled through a Support ticket. The GM's have access to information to verify that you own the account and are in a better position to help you.
