2) Nice standings, to bad it currently can't fly in any Gallente space [-5.00] without getting shot at, lol.

3) Character is * 19 days old * with only 1.5m SP.

Other than the standing for Caldari not much benefit,
Character doesnt have lvl 5 trading skills or the other support and listing skills.
Also no implants, looks like someone just kept it in party while they grinded caldari rep.

Considering we have to spend 1-1.5 plex to get it trained to be a decent trader, My offer is 2.6b valid for 48 hours.

Faction 9.0 is too hard to get, one who good at trade knows what high standing is mandatory.

The price is 4.9 bn ( I will pay of course the transfer fees.

One who is good at trade also knows it uses the UNMODIFIED standings, which are not 9.20 & 9.71 respectively.

EVEBoard shows the unmodified Faction standing @ 9.04
What is the unmodified Cal Navy corp standings?

If this character had 5million skill points, with at least some in trade I would easily offer 7bill. Problem is the very low sp...

To the previous buyer 500bill is not a lot to list. You can't expect him to sell a character of this standing quality for just a couple hundred mill profit even with the low SP.
