Character Bazaar

First up I will say I am not expecting a character with all my requirements or with no waste. Ideally the more requirements the better, the less wasteage the better,
rest is a work in progress.

Desired Skills
Amarr, Gal, Mini Cruiser V, BC V (more than 1 a bonus)
Good core skills (nav, capacitor, fitting)
Good gunnery core skills
Shield and Armor capability

What I dont need
Caldari or missile skills
Mining or other industrial skills
Capital ships

Not fussed if the character has it or not and may possibly come with a suitable character anyway
BS and large guns
Frig V and T2 Frigs
Massive drone skills
