Capsuleers for Charity: A Fundraising Auction [ENDED]

On the night of Rock Your Body, the Ballo hosted a fundraising event I decided to dub Capsuleers for Charity. (C4C)

Ten capsuleers were auctioned off as 'dates' to prospective bidders, with the proceeds going towards staff, training and supplies for a school for disadvantaged children. The school has been constructed by Ms. Raske but needed your help in order to fill its ranks.

Thank you all for your generous donations! The final results are below!


The results of the auction are as follows.




Who knows? Some of these children might grow up to be your allies or even your colleagues.

P.S.: All monies will be handled by a third party, the transactions of which will be transparent and accounted for. Every single ISK. Bidders will have access to information regarding commodity purchases and training bills to ensure peace of mind of those considering supporting this noble endeavour.


((P.P.S.: OOC, all funds will be sent to Lasairiona Raske on the night, turned into PLEX (once the revamp happens) and sent to CCP the next time PLEX for Good is active. We've contacted them asking if and when this is happening and will update you guys on that. Until then - and ICly - the fund will be used to buy commodities that will sit in a hangar. Your hard earned ISK will not go anywhere it shouldn't.))

As far as I'm aware, there are no gender restrictions, as long as the bidder respects the chosen capsuleer, and doesn't expect them to do anything they wouldn't want to.

I would hope that the "reasonableness" would be guaged by the auction volunteers.

No one should be forced to do anything they are uncomfortable with and I am sure that's not the intent.
