sometimes when your mining or traveling you get a floating message that say you mined xxxx of rock or "name of pilot" you are an enemy of caldari space leave or be destroyed! or bla bla is being webbed by concord , ect ect.

most of the time it doesnt stay long enough to fully read what happened.
is there an option to get this floating chat to show in local chat ?
