How long i need to w8 for ticket response ?
And did this adres still work security@ccpgames.com ?

Depends.
Ive gotten responses 15 minutes-few hours after making a ticket to up to a week or two.
They go in order and you just have to take your number and wait in line, and try to add all you relevant info upfront. I believe commenting and updating your own ticket with more info resets your place in the queue (you go to the back of the line)

Ticket times vary based on ticket type and the amount of work that needs to go into it. Most tickets are responded to within 1 business day, if filed under the correct category. Tickets that require investigation, more than one team, or ones than need direct developer support can take longer. Security tickets and ship reimbursement tickets generally have long waits as it involves investigations and multiple developer interactions.

My last one was 6 hours. They have a sort of ticket triage in effect to get to the most important things first.

Since you want to email Team Security I will assume the ticket is in that category, Those tickets have a long wait as they will have to do an investigation and that takes time to do right.

I submitted a bug report on March 1, 2016.

It's still open and I haven't heard from CCP Support since last September.
