Rolling Sniper means for me that if in the last 15 min before official auction end some1 bids the auction is extended for 15min from that bid.

Example: Some1 bids at 20:50 the auction goes till 21:05 except if some1 bids in these 15min again.... so if some1 bids at 21:04 the auction runs till 21:19 and so on until the 15min sniper run out without any more bids.
