how many players on forums have you seen out and about

as the title says i still havent bumped into players who posts on fourms anywhere in eve , just curious perhaps i can share some battles with you, i try not to be a easy kill.

posting on the forum is the pick of a eve player career.
nobody here log in anymore! we pvp on the forum and in every thread!
i.e. dracvlad and Ima Wreckyou

ganks are ready everywhere, in every section. often ISDs are bought to help one side or the other!
generally devs are impartial...

I pass by Tipa Riot very occasionally.

In the past, we ran a few LAGL roams, so used to see some of the LAGLers quite a bit.

I have flown across the cluster to share a virtual ice cream with one of the best characters in the game who is also in the forum; and there is one special person I see regularly who is also a forum regular.

I have seen quite a few others in different chat channels, if not directly in space.

I avoid ship PvP ingame by all means necessary atm.

have plans to do that come and live in the land of nod , just enjoying the wars well 1 war left now , no action yet mind you have shed loads to learn . but will come it be a while yet .

lol havent really done hardly anything in the game just login do the research make sell only just really thought join corp and give it a go , just haveing fun learning with these wars ,some of the players are very good need a fleet to take them down even then irs 50/50 , so hopefully see you in time

I've seen a good few forum regulars over the years, almost all of whom I'm freindly with. Sometimes I'd be on an alt and I'd see someone Im friendly with from the forums and I'd wave at them in local and link this character.

Very few times have I seen people I dislike in space though it has happened and a couple times I've even noticed people like that in the same Alliance i'm in. Oddly enough those types are MUCH more polite on comms when I talk to them than they are on the forum...


The funniest was when I was talking a sort of vacation in high sec (translation: I was in an Alliance that PL and Goons kicked out of null sec lol) and found myself missioning in the same system as ole Dinsdale Pirannha. Never had any interaction with him, I just imagined him sitting at his computer convinced that CCP was out to get him personally Big smile .

Not so much in here but encountered most of those in the wormhole sub-section at one time or another when I used to play. Ran into 1-2 from GD but was several years back so can't remember exactly who and when now.

Most of the forum people outside my alliance that I've run into are the low sec dwellers, C&P regulars, and Jita hubhumping mercs.

Kind of odd now that I think about it.

I travel around quite a bit, so i've seen some people here and there. like Zanar said, mostly its the low-sec folks. can't even say who exactly it was since its more of a brief "oh hey, I recognize that name" when I see them pop up in local and then go about my day.

( Not even anyone belonging to the infamous CODE, who claim they are the owners in absentia of Highsec.)

Yeah I just troll my alliance mates these days if Im online and I barely ever undock anymore. Ill get around to it again though. Ive seen quite a few people throughout the years flying around, they come and go, others I havent ever seen at all which is normal really.

Have you heard anything I've said?
