A couple of things:

the ship is in LS NPC station - kador region

1.) It's a ship that can dock, there's no reason to keep the system a secret...

direct trade is prefered - anything els cost too much tax ;-)

2.) Private contracts do not have any fees associated with them, except the 10k ISK creation fee.

price is 50B hull only - no fit

3.) Lol - http://i.imgur.com/1F11pCa.png seeing ast there's others up for sale at 20b...I think you'll find it hard to sell for over 2x that price.
